Looks like the soya sauce didn't get completely soaked into the chicken. But still yummy!
you may be right (i say "may be" because i am not the cook and know nothing about cooking). but the product was yummy indeed.
of the various kinds of "fresh" chicken available from the supermarket, we find "corn-fed" chicken to be the best tasting, better of course than ordinary chicken, and also better than "free-range" chicken.
