Our new house!!!
After settlement,we got the keys to our new house from the developer today!

We have taken a number of photos of it in late afternoon, the slideshow of which can be accessed from here.
It is still a blank canvas (some may even say a bland canvas). Hopefully, it will look nicer once the furniture is there.
Stay tuned.

Very nice.
As you said, the yard is very very small. So really can save a lot of time in gardening.
Is your study room in pentagon shape? Do you have a pic of the whole room?
I think the construction style is a bit different from Canada. We seldom see 雲石 and 磁磚 in a Canadian house.
After seeing yours, I should renovate my home immediately.

yes, the garden is small, but actually we would like to have a bigger garden. I quite like gardening.
yes, the study is pentagonal. it will be used as a "formal study". there will be a 4.2 metre long bookcase there. two other bedrooms will be used as day-to-day studies for us.
granite and tiles are easy to maintain, but they are quite cool, so are probably a bit too much for houses in cold climate.
you renovate, and i must decorate. at the moment, there is just nothing there.
